Last updated draft, private beta

Draft placeholder — for the private beta only. This has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be relied on as final legal terms.

Jugall (“we”, “us”) is currently in a private beta. This page describes, in plain terms, what we collect and why — a full legal privacy policy will replace this before public launch.

What we collect

From the marketing site, if you submit a form:

  • Parents: your name, email, the school(s) your children attend, and how many children you have.
  • Schools: your name, work email, school name, role, approximate pupil count, and any message you send.

From the app and school platform (once you’re invited into the beta): account details, and the children/expectations/timetable information needed to run Jugall for your family or school. We deliberately avoid collecting information we don’t need for the beta — for example, we don’t ask for home addresses or medical information.

How we use it

To run the Jugall service, to contact you about your beta access, and for nothing else. We don’t sell data, and we don’t run advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@jugall.com.
